Quality Assurance & Compliance Policies
IFFA maintains a structured framework of policies and procedures to ensure the quality, integrity, consistency, and regulatory compliance of all training and operational activities. These policies govern program development, training delivery, assessment, learner conduct, health and safety, and data protection, and are applied consistently across all courses and services. The Institute is committed to continuous improvement, ethical practice, and the provision of a professional and supportive learning environment.
Quality Assurance Policy
The Quality Assurance Policy establishes the standards and processes used to ensure that all training programs meet defined learning outcomes, industry relevance, and regulatory requirements. It covers curriculum design, trainer qualification, delivery methods, learner feedback, and periodic review to support continuous improvement and consistency of training quality.
Assessment Policy
The Assessment Policy defines the principles and methods used to evaluate learner achievement in a fair, transparent, and consistent manner. Assessments are aligned with stated learning outcomes and may include written, practical, or applied evaluation methods appropriate to the nature of the course. Assessment criteria and requirements are communicated to learners in advance.
Attendance Policy
The Attendance Policy sets minimum participation requirements to support effective learning and program integrity. Learners are required to attend scheduled training sessions as defined by the course, and attendance is monitored and recorded. Failure to meet attendance requirements may affect eligibility for course completion or certification.
Disciplinary Policy
The Disciplinary Policy outlines expected standards of professional conduct for learners, trainers, and staff. It defines procedures for addressing misconduct, breaches of policy, or unethical behavior in a fair and proportionate manner, while ensuring due process and confidentiality.
Complaints & Appeals Policy
The Complaints & Appeals Policy provides a formal mechanism for learners and stakeholders to raise concerns or appeal decisions related to training delivery, assessment, or conduct. All complaints and appeals are reviewed objectively, handled confidentially, and addressed within a reasonable timeframe to ensure fairness and transparency.
Health & Safety Policy
The Health & Safety Policy is designed to provide a safe and secure learning and working environment. The Institute takes reasonable measures to identify and manage risks, comply with applicable health and safety regulations, and ensure that learners, staff, and visitors are informed of relevant safety procedures.
Data Protection & Privacy Policy
The Data Protection & Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal and institutional data. IFFA Institute is committed to safeguarding personal information, maintaining confidentiality, and handling data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulatory requirements.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct defines the professional, ethical, and behavioral standards expected of all learners, trainers, staff, and visitors. It promotes respect, integrity, and responsibility, and supports a positive learning environment consistent with the Institute’s values and regulatory obligations.
Compliance & Review
All policies are subject to periodic review to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and institutional objectives. Adherence to these policies is mandatory for all individuals engaged with IFFA Institute.
